Charlie Arndt has spent his entire career in the non-profit sector, working for non-profits like the Boy Scouts of America, Community Action Coalition of South-Central Wisconsin, and Goodwill Industries of South-Central Wisconsin. An Eagle Scout, Charlie believes in cheerful service and giving back to the community and staying busy with volunteer work for organizations like the Knights of Columbus or the Wayne D. Horner Memorial Veteran Stand Down.

When not being on the go, Charlie enjoys taking his dog, Quinn, on road trips, thrift store shopping and adding to his never-ending John F. Kennedy book and memorabilia collection.
