Housing Initiatives believes everyone deserves a place to call home

Housing Initiatives’ clients are referred to us through the Homeless Services Consortium of Dane County. Homeless persons fill out an application through the Consortium to become eligible for Housing Initiatives or other local housing programs.

The Homeless Services Consortium is a partnership of agencies, funders, advocates and formerly homeless persons and its success at preventing and ending homelessness is dependent on a commitment to the strategies and results in this plan.

Anyone who is homeless, concerned about becoming homeless, or looking for a place to sleep for the evening should contact the Dane County Housing Resource line at 855-510-2323.
